Every year the Fools celebrate the end of Christmas and the beginning of a new year of Fool-ish fun with our Twelfth Night Celebration.
Music, mirth and mayhem abound as the Fools have some fun with Shakespeare’s classic comedy Twelfth Night: or what you will. Whether we are reading it, re-writing it or improvising it, the result is always the same: hilarity.
But that’s not all!
We also launch our season with short scenes and snippets of what you can expect in the coming year – plus some blasts from the past. All this and royal feasting, a cake with a “bean” in it for crowing the new King-or Queen, of the Fools, raffle prizes and more. Don’t miss out – we sell out every year!

The Twelfth Night Celebrations began in the late 90′s in the basement of the Royal Oak Pub on Laurier Street. When the NAC opened the Fourth Stage in 2000 we were the opening act! The event was such a success the NAC has had us back every year since!
We hope you’ll join us for a fabulous evening of food, fun, fundraising and the launch of a new Fool-ish year!
