Thank you to everyone who participated in our Aviva Community Fund Campaign for a bigger, better Torchlight season. Results were announced on November 20th and while we had over 1800 votes (thank you thank you thank you!), we didn’t quite make the cut. We wish all of the successful candidates huge congratulations on their winning projects – the real winners are the communities across Canada who will benefit from such varied and important initiatives.

About our Aviva Campaign
We were aiming for a bigger and better Torchlight for 2019, but we are patient and have decided to plan something really huge for 2020, which will be the Fools’ thirtieth anniversary!
The Aviva Community Fund is offering a unique opportunity to community based organizations like ours. Essentially the 50 ideas that get the most votes by October 4th will receive a $10,000 grant towards their unique project. And that’s where you come in.
We want to grow Torchlight Shakespeare and $10,000 can help us get there in a major way. Details about our project can be found here. Voting can be completed in just 4 easy steps:
